Our Commitment
We want you to feel completely confident when you order from Buyartview. If your new artwork doesn't feel like home, we're here to help make things right.

Returns
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify, the piece must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original protective packaging.

Damaged or Defective Art
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the artwork is damaged or flawed, take clear photos of the damage and the packaging, and email support@buyartview.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Custom or commissioned works

• Personalized pieces

• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or damaged item). Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit.
